- Logistics. Your assets reach our receiving docks and are opened by a warehouse general manager with a specific Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) card and code. This ensures the security of your assets during transport and allows us the flexibility to pick-up your material nationwide at your convenience.
- Data Security. As part of SAMR's commitment to client security, SAMR uses advanced RFID which allows us to track both the physical location and the progress of assets through our process from start to finish through a customized portal. SAMR uses customized software technology to ensure secure and proper data erasure on all hard drives with extensive reporting and auditing capabilities. Our security process allows SAMR to be in complete control of your assets providing security, control and accountability.
- Environmental Commitment. We are a fully licensed recycler having our Class D license, EPA and DEP registrations, and are ISO 14001 certified. We are proactive in our environmental responsibility enforcing a zero-landfill policy in the disposal of all e-waste. SAMR handles all electronic recycling in-house and provides specific reporting on the individual assets that have been recycled down to the commodity level along with your certificate of recycling.
- Remarketing. With SAMR your assets remain assets. There are active domestic and international markets for used and refurbished computers. We have the resources to determine fair market value of those assets and put them up for auction through our online store or to bid to our SAMR qualified preferred bidders' list or sell wholesale. The use of these channels will gain you a return on your assets (ROA) which in many cases will offset the cost of your asset management.
